I am proud to say I am a product of the Houston County School System. After graduating from Perry High School, I went on to pursue my bachelors in Early Childhood Education. Since that time, I have completed my masters in Media and Technology and a specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I have worked for Houston County for my entire career since graduating from college in 2000. I have a passion for sharing my love of reading and writing with students.

My husband Adolfo and I love to travel and spend time with our kids. You might bump into us at a soccer field, kayaking a river or out exploring nature!
