Bio
Hailing from the scenic town of LaGrange, Georgia. I decided to drop anchor in Warner Robins, Georgia after living and teaching in Virginia and North Georgia. My husband, Tony, is retired from the Army, and together we have four adult children and four grandchildren. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from LaGrange College, my Master of Science and Education Specialist degrees in Education from Troy University, and my Doctor of Education in Counseling from Liberty University. In all, I have over twenty-four years of teaching experience from kindergarten through 12th grade. Discernibly, books have always fascinated me as well as plunged me into suspenseful adventures, sparked my thirsty curiosity, and challenged my sometimes boxed perspective. Likewise, writing has permitted me to express creative thoughts, to draft research discoveries, and to coin momentous events. Other hobbies include golfing, fishing, and traveling. This year, Gordon Korman is my favorite juvenile author, because he cleverly crafts his characters into distinguishable students with a quirky personality like mine.
