Hello parents and students! I am glad to introduce myself to you. I grew up in the small town of Wetumpka, Alabama (Roll Tide!) After high school I pursued my Bachelors degree and graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 2012. In 2019 I graduated with my Masters degree in Middle Grades Education from Georgia College. I am certified to teach both general education and special education Math and Science for middle grades. 

I am married to my high school sweetheart, Chad Lashley, and we will welcome our third baby boy this fall. My oldest, Rowen, is almost 4 and Hayes is 2. As a family, we love spending time outside, specifically gardening (both flowers and vegetables) and evening walks or golf cart rides. 

The 2020-2021 school year will be my 4th year at FMMS. I am thrilled to be able to meet you all and serve my Math and Science students this year!
